The Company was registered under the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007 on 11 March 2022 with the main objectives of providing all-inclusive security solutions for potential local and overseas clients. The company has obtained approval from the Ministry of Defence for providing security services and has also registered in the Sri Lanka Security Service Providers Association (SLSSPA).
